Lives Well Lived is an independent, boutique publishing house specialising in capturing the life stories of influential and loved people among the families, friendship groups and communities who they have loved, served, befriended and, perhaps, inspired. Created as a comprehensive book, a shorter booklet or digital PDF format, they not only enable a tangible connection to the details of that life, but also play forward the details so that it continues to resonate directly with generations to come.

The process commences with a range of interviews with people close to the subject to create depth and texture at the points where their lives touched each other’s – school and university friends, business partners or colleagues, teammates, carers from the home… Where the subject is still living, their input is of course much valued. Quotations and even separate panels cowritten can be included, as, of course, can photographs of the subject and people, places and experiences that meant so much to them.

Once completed the books or booklets are then published, either as a short print run to be gifted to friends and family, or made commercially available to those who may be interested in purchasing a copy. This provides a wonderful way to extend the legacy of a well lived life for generations to come.
