Professional Scattering of Ashes Ceremonies

For those who choose cremation, the scattering of the ashes is usually the last physical link between the deceased and their loved ones.

The Last Physical Link

While some choose to conduct this final act privately, others prefer to mark the moment in ways that are either more formal, or more of a celebration to include music, readings, tributes and the spirit of togetherness that adds an extra dimension to the final farewell, following on from the funeral service.

Special Locations for Eternal Rest

I can both help to plan and then facilitate, and to advise on the use of certain types of locations, such as beauty spots, the sea or sports grounds. Working with partners, many options are available to you to ensure that your loved one’s final resting place is the ideal place for them.

Ashes Internment Ceremonies

The term ‘Ashes interment’ refers to the burial of cremated remains. These ceremonies can be conducted in a range of venues and locations including cemeteries, natural burial grounds, on private land with permission and in columbariums. Columbariums are purpose-built, solid structures sometimes built like rooms and sometimes more like walls. They have compartments where urns containing ashes can be inserted and visited. They are often located in cemeteries and crematoriums. I can help you arrange this service at a location that suits you.
